11 public establishments, controlled and managed by the Spanish supervisory ministry by effect of the 1980 cultural convention. They educate nearly 4,800 pupilswho are mainly Moroccans.
These establishments (including 1 for vocational training) are located in the main cities of the north (Tetouan, Tangier, Nador, Al-Hoceima and Larache) in addition to Rabat and Casablanca.
