I called on the services of Saïda, the owner of Morocco Relocation, as part of my expatriation from France to Morocco.
This change of life involves a lot of steps, as well as a new environment which can be complex to apprehend if not well accompanied.
Well, I can say that Saida was perfect, taking care of me from start to finish:
Beforehand, we exchanged emails to guide me, then by phone to answer my first questions, and then before my first visit to Morocco, she spent several days surveying the area I was looking for, so that she could suggest properties to me, with the first photos sent by Whatsapp.
During the apartment visits, we visited 4 pre-selected apartments, and she was able to give me particularly good advice, then negotiate with the owners and their agents so that I got the right price and even additional amenities. We had an excellent day, with an excellent lunch, advice given throughout the day, and a lease signed that very evening despite the Mairie strike, all thanks to Saida's determination and her contacts.
When I arrived, once again she was there to welcome me, sort out any final problems with the fittings, and help me with the various administrative formalities, including opening a bank account.
I've kept in touch with her ever since, and she continues to give me invaluable advice.
So I can only highly recommend Saida's services, as they ensure that everything will go smoothly.
